We provide an individual performance report each week so that members can track their growth progress.

In 10-minute weekly session, bioDensity provides a physical medicine modality for increasing bone density, improving balance, strength & posture, and reducing back & joint pain. The bioDensity is an innovative technology that involves performing four specific movements in the "impact ready" position designed to target major muscle groups and stimulate bone growth according to Wolff's Law.

Variable Resistance Training VRT

Efficient Fitness: Grow more muscle than with free weights. Relieve Joint pain, lift heavier with low risk of injury, just 8-12 minutes. VRT is also known as accomodating resistance training, using the X3 Bar system. LongevityX provides a 15-minute HIIT workout that replaces weights and cardio with better results. Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy, also known as low-level laser therapy (LLLT) or photobiomodulation (PBM), involves exposing the body to low levels of red and near-infrared light. This therapy may have various health benefits, including improved:

skin health, pain relief, reduced inflammation, muscle recovery, BMD and structure of the bone, immunity, circulation, mental wellness and collagen.

Whole Body Vibration

Whole body vibration refers to the use of a vibrating platform to stimulate muscles and bones throughout the body. LongevityX platforms vibrate to maximize therapeutic value, and cause the muscles to contract and relax rapidly (stabilization firing), which leads to increased growth hormone, good for repair, fat-loss, and youthful energy. What should I wear? Is there special equipment required?

We suggest flat shoes and something comfortable. Otherwise dress like you're going to meet a friend. Workout clothes or special equipment is not required.

Will I be sore after my session?

The worst soreness we hear about is usually after the first session and the most common feedback is mild. The body responds to its conditioning so each session thereafter the body will feel less and less sore.

Is it safe if I have osteoporosis?

Yes, many people with a bone density T-score of -3 or lower on the DEXA scan reported benefits like increase in BMD, improved strength, balance, and posture plus more energy, and reduced pain.

How long before I see results?

Clients report reduced joint and back pain within 1-12 sessions. Because of the metabolic speed of bone, it may take 12-24 months to see substantial results in bone density. Building muscle gives more energy and stamina, less pain, and clothes can be fitting differently in 2-3 weeks.
